Intercomputer: Company History

The Intercomputer Global Services GmbH&Co. KG began its activities in 2009, having collected in its ranks the team of highly qualified specialists with successful experience in IT industry since 1995-1999.

Our key employees participated in successful realization of various projects both in B2C and in B2B segments.

One of key specializations of our company is development and deployment of complex corporate information systems (including systems of mass service) on the basis of the Documentum platforms (later – EMC Documentum) and Microsoft SharePoint.

During the period from 2003 to 2009 our future employees participated in a number of large projects which were executed in cooperation with Xerox Global Services (XGS, Neuss, Germany) for big European customers, such, as Volkswagen AG, Erdoelchemie, Gmünder ErsatzKasse, Bayer AG, Stadtwerke Düsseldorf, Ford Werke AG, Hitachi, E.ON and others. Corporate portals, archives of project and production documentation, control systems of internal document flow of the large companies, works on optimization of systems, migrations on actual versions of platforms and other systems of various complexity were realized.

Since 2005 the future staff of the company successfully developed and confirmed the high competences on automation of bank activity by participation in numerous projects. Among successfully realized projects — a number of systems for banks and financial institutions, such, as Dongorbank (Ukraine), Alliance Bank (Kazakhstan), Ukrsibbank (BNP Paribas Group, Ukraine), Promsvyazbank (Russia) and ING Bank (Ukraine).

Besides, a number of projects on independent testing of the systems based on the EMC Documentum platform were carried out.

In 2009 in addition to a number of projects already going on, electronic archive of documentation for the government of the republic of Georgia and archive of client affairs with integration with SAP for Ukrsibbank were also developed and implemented.

During the period from 2010 to a present moment Intercomputer Global Services realized a number of projects for various brunches of ING Bank CEE. These projects include “Automation of providing regular reporting by customers” and “Archive of clients and operations history files”, as well as migration on EMC Documentum 6.6 in ING Bank Ukraine. In addition to that, «Signature Viewer», a special solution for management of digital signatures on the basis of EMC Documentum, was lanched in ING Bank Ukraine. «The archive of client affairs and operations for corporate clients» was introduced in ING Bulgaria. Various analytical projects were realized for ING Russia. Also expansions of existing systems, such as a new system of integration of archive of documents with an internal banking system for ING Bank Eurasia, the additional module of watermarks for ING Bank Ukraine and others were realized.

In 2010 we also successfully realized «Archive of clients and operations history files» with integration with SAP for Ukrsibbank (BNP Paribas Group) and started the project «System of Electronic Document Flow» for power plants on the basis of EMC Documentum in the NAEK «Energoatom» state enterprise (Ukraine).

In 2011 Intercomputer Global Services also developed electronic archive and document flow system on the basis of Microsoft SharePoint for ProCredit Bank, Georgia.

In parallel with these projects in 2011-2012 we successfully made migration of various information systems in Ukrsibbank (BNP Paribas Group) on EMC Documentum 6.6 and Captiva 6.0.

Our company constantly pays attention to professional development of our experts. In 2011 our employees took part in various EMC Proven Professional Certification programs and special courses of applications programming on the basis of Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and passed examinations in the EMC Proven Professional Certification and Microsoft Certified Professional program. We also received Silver Content Management and Microsoft Silver Portal and Collaboration Competency. Besides, we passed ISO 9001:2008 certification in TÜV SÜD Ukraine.

In 2012 we began cooperation with Raiffeisen Bank Aval. We started with the development of «Application processing system for corporate credits» on the basis of EMC Documentum 6.7 with TaskSpace use, and also integration of systems on the basis of Documentum and bank HR systems by means of Oracle Identity Manager.

Same year Intercomputer Global Services Ukraine opened such new branches, as 1C (business automation system), realization of systems for small and medium businesses and creation of the dedicated nearshoring-teams for our clients.
