Together with the ICGS team in bank a number of projects that allowed bank to improve quality of customer service were realized.

Due to optimization processes and move to corporate standards there appeared a need in standardization of business processes of the company and implementation of the unified complex ECM system.
We chose the group of companies consisting of “Intercomputer Global Services Ukraine” (who has been the partner of EMC for many years, having a big number of implemented systems) and “SoftXpansion Ukraine” (experienced systems developer) because of the high qualification of employees of these companies, big experience and presence of all conditions for a successful finalizing of the project.
At present the project is successfully finished and our company is on the guaranteed maintenance and consultation support of the group of companies “Intercomputer Global Services Ukraine” and “SoftXpansion Ukraine”.
We would like to express gratitude to our partners for successful implementation of the system in the stated timeframe and effective solving of non-standard tasks, appearing in the course of the project.
First, I want to express gratitude to all project team for the work already done, both from bank and Intercomputer side. At the moment we already reached considerable results, proven by the stable growth of requests in the system and increase in their processing time.
Secondly, I want to inform that the system and the project successfully passed audit of colleagues from RI who are responsible for development of corporate business in all banks of Raiffeisen group. Colleagues from RI noted this success in their report to the top management of all group of Raiffeisen International. And this success was reached by our common efforts.
[...] A new project — APS (phase 2) was approved by board of directors of Raiffeisen Bank Aval. The purpose of this project will be further development of system and increase the convenience of its use. In this regard I hope for further effective cooperation with all participants of project team.
