Dongorbank, one of the leading banks in Ukraine, serves a number of key industrial enterprises. As the bank grew, there arose a need to increase the effectiveness of internal interactions in order to cope with the high expectations of clients and the high operational pressures the bank faced.

The system was designed to manage the processes for registering, processing and executing incoming, outgoing and internal correspondence, processing faxes, appending resolutions and monitoring execution.
