Archive of Corporate Clients’ Banking History Files and Operations

Client: ING Bank CEE. Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovakia, Russia
Project date: 2011
Users: 200+

Problem

The bank needed centralized data storage – at the time, every branch had its own storage system, which significantly hindered operations and client processing and prevented the bank from increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Solution

The system is designed to provide structured storage of data on the bank’s clients and their banking activities as well as to allow authorized personnel to access and administer this information.

The results of projects are:

  • Creation of centralized electronic archive of clients’ documents
  • Standardization of document gathering and processing flow
  • Faster, higher-quality customer service
  • Ability to search for and access necessary documents from any workstation
  • Higher level of supervision of performance of customer service employees
  • Minimized risk data entry errors
  • Reduced risks of violating internal corporate regulations by standardizing processes for storing and administering client documents, including ability to monitor document validity terms
  • Reduced time required to search for and prepare documents both for internal usage and for regulators

Advantages:

  • Higher level of supervision of performance of customer service employees
  • Minimized risk of data entry errors
  • Reduced risks of violating internal corporate regulations by standardizing processes for storing and administering client documents, including ability to monitor document validity terms
  • Reduced time required to search for and prepare documents both for internal usage and for regulators
