Problem

The Ukrainian division of the bank utilized manual data entry and performed a significant amount of work with paper documents. This negatively impacted the speed with which it could serve customers and the competitiveness of the bank on the market.

Solution

We designed a centralized electronic archive for customer documents, which speeded up the identification process, decreased the risk of violating regulatory norms, reduced the cost of searching for and retrieving information for regulators, eliminated data duplication and facilitated access to it.
