Problem

The bank was unable to process client loan requests quickly because of an unbalanced document flow system.

Solution

We analyzed the situation and proposed a system intended to automate the preparation, approval, support, and storage operations while providing centralized access to credit documents for SME clients for all the bank units involved in the lending process.
