Intercomputer Global Services Inc. implemented the new functional update on electronic document archive based on EMC Documentum solution.
On the 10th of June 2013 Intercomputer Global Services successfully provided new functional release for the electronic document archive system based on EMC Documentum solution for ING Bank, implemented in 7 Central and Eastern European countries in which the bank operates.
Implemented update includes number of functionality and usability improvement and covers the requests of business users. Among them are improvements in business workflows, new reports, scanning process improvement, implementation of additional object attributes and additional filters in searches and others.
“Due to new update the whole system increases its’ functionality and usability. I think users will appreciate the current system update and it will help them in day-to-day work” says Sergey Ukho, project manager of Intercomputer Global Services.
